Why Mutiny?
I think Candice just wanted to be with Adam. The five of them - Candice, Jonathan, Yul, Becky, Sundra - had just sworn to each other (with all present) that they would be the final five. With the merge coming soon enough it only makes sense to get rid of Ozzy next, would anyone logically want to compete with him for individual immunity? So why did Candice think she was so vulnerable? Candice just wanted to get back together with Adam, she is a stupid player.
And Jonathan? I don't think he had much choice after Candice decided to switch tribes. He has been the target for elimination in the past and he knew it. Jonathan's surest alliance was with Candice so when she flipped tribes then he had to follow. Also I think he and Candice were going to try and re-form an alliance with Adam and Parvati anyway (screwing Yul and Becky), this just sped that up a bit.
More Evidence Candice is a Stupid Player
OK, Candice (pictured) switched tribes and Jonathan followed her. Now assume for a minute that she had a plan - to have an alliance with Adam and Parvati. So why did Candice then tell Adam the not-so-nice things Jonathan has said about him, putting a strain on the alliance? The only reason that I can think of is that Candice is possibly one of the stupidest contestants to ever play Survivor. I mean really, she just switched tribes and then she pissed off the few people that just may be sympathetic to her and Jonathan?! That's really, really stupid Candice.

Like I said in my previous comment, I don't think there has ever been a player as dumb as Candice. If hte Candice Adam, Jonathon, Pavarti alliance was a plan, it might have made some sense. But she obviously has no plan, no logic,no sense.
Much like Flica, who was guaranteed a final 4 if she had accepted the alliance propsal, but spurned it. And now she is gone. The sad part is that now that the merge is coming, Candice may last awhile for various reasons. I would love to sit in the final two with her!!!
One thing seems to be for sure. I don't know if it was intentional on the producers part, but this group of survivors are a different group. They don't seem to have ever seen the show, and some obviously don't know how to play. We can't assume anything with this group. The old Raro tribe did everything by the seat of their pants with no thought whatsoever.
Ironically, until he stepped on the mat, Jonathan was gunning for the title of smartest survivor ever in my book. Oh well. Granted, he only had 5 seconds to make his decision, but the fact that Candice jumped ship should have set off all kinds of alarms in his head that he was wrong about trusting her.
How about the jury starting now? That would put 10 on the jury, leaving the possibility of a tie vote. Don't think they will keep it that way. I feel that more surprises are on the way.
Might be good for the game. But I get the feeling they are feeling ratings pressure and are doing whatever they can to draw and keep new viewers.
In the TV guide for the next episode, it says 2 players will be voted off????? Hope this is not one from each tribe......winners and losers. That would really be unfair to a tribe of only four. What do you think is the plan?
Everything that I have seen says next week 2 Survivors leave.
Have you heard if there will be a merge before the two are voted off? That would be more interesting. Since the jury has started, I wonder if there is no merge, the winning team votes someone to the jury, and the losing team just goes home.
The week after the double eviction there will be the merge - that's the rumor.
The only semi-smart thing i can think of that Candice may have thought by trash talking Johnathan is she didn't want to set off alarm bells for the minority players, fearing a white alliance. So they'ld let down their guard to vote one of them off (brad or jenny) then the white alliance can pick off the rest "like zits". ;p.
